Key Account Manager (10–15 years)
to join our client team in
Pune
and take charge of nurturing some of our most strategic clients.

Pune, Maharashtra, India
What You'll Do:
Develop & execute strategic account plans to achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and align solutions to client needs
Analyze account performance, share insights, and ensure superior client satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – sales, marketing, product & service – to deliver winning strategies
Keep a close watch on market trends and competitors to seize opportunities & mitigate risks
Present reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership
Represent the organization at industry events & conferences, strengthening brand presence
What We're Looking For:
10–15 years of proven success in
Key Account Management / Strategic Sales
(electrical or manufacturing industry preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
Strong business acumen with ability to analyze market & account performance
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
&
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with a customer-first approach
Knowledge of the
electrical components market
is a plus
