About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager with a strong background in B2B manufacturing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts in the manufacturing domain.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee payment collections, contract renewals, and CRM documentation.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and visits to strengthen engagement and identify opportunities.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple key accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
