Key Account Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Manage the Business Loan Portfolio of Merchants and drive Account Management.
- Drive GMV growth for a High Value Business Product
- Meet and engage with top transacting merchants and share Market level feedback with Leadership to scale Business.
Responsibilities will include
Functional Expertise
- Responsible to manage key merchants
- Responsible for retention of Merchants and cross sales of other products.
Interaction
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to account deployment.
- Liaise with cross functional teams to address requirements, resolve issues etc.
- Collaborate with product team to provide insights and feedback.
Problem Solving
- Develop strategies for product enhancements and innovation.
To succeed in the role
Impact
- Drive month-on-month transaction and GMV growth to contribute in overall company profitability.
- Provide valuable market and product feedback to product team, enabling product enhancement and innovations.
Challenges & Decisions
- Facing market with a target.
- Balancing the diverse needs and expectations of key accounts.
- Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams.
Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Graduate / MBA with good academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a added bonus.
Skills & know-how
- Candidates having experience in managing key accounts would be preferred.
- Exposure of working with leadership team.
- Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills.
- Go getter attitude with problem solving skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management & strong project management skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity in role/ environment.
