The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. An integral part of the role is to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure that orders booked by the sales team are executed successfully, resulting in revenue realization.

  • Must come prepared with a case study or document that showcases the client's business, revenue sources, growth over a period (minimum 3-4 years), and how you personally contributed to driving that growth.
You will be responsible to:
  • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
You will love the role if you have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution sales or IT service sales, specifically in Web or Mobile Application Development or User Experience (UX) Design solution sales.
  • Preferably with experience in B2B sales, particularly within the UX Design or Digital Transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and grow client relationships, ensuring revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing annual account plans, including revenue and conversion strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrable success as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager, handling complex, high-value client accounts
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level leaders.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proven ability to deliver UX solutions tailored to client needs, enhancing user experiences and driving business results.
  • Strong track record of juggling multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining a sharp focus on detail.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, listening, and presentations to drive business decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity in client interactions, presentations, and reports.
