Head of Pastry Chef – Instructor
to inspire and shape the next generation of pastry professionals.
Role Highlights:
- Conduct full-time, on-site pastry & bakery training programs.
- Mentor and guide students with interactive, creative teaching methods.
- Develop innovative pastry recipes and showcase global presentation techniques.
- Lead workshops and classes that bring creativity, artistry, and professional skills together.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in
Pastry, Bakery, and Baking Arts
. - 5–10 years of professional pastry experience
(CDP level or above). - Prior
teaching, training, or mentoring experience
with junior chefs or students. - Strong skills in
recipe development, food preparation, and culinary presentation
. - Excellent
leadership and communication skills
with passion for student engagement. - Willingness to
relocate to Bengaluru
and work full-time on-site. - Must be based in or able to commute to
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
.
