Role & responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of all ice cream outlets in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Drive profitability by controlling costs, optimizing manpower, and boosting revenue.
  • Conduct audits, customer experience checks, and monitor revenue leakage.
  • Collaborate with HR & Training teams for staff hiring, onboarding, and development.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as per brand guidelines.
  • Track sales, inventory, and wastage; prepare MIS and performance reports.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams.
  • Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure customer delight.
  • Contribute to new store launches, market expansion, and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven experience in F&B retail (Ice Cream/QSR preferred).
  • Expertise in P&L, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in SOP implementation, training, and audits.
  • Overseeing end-to-end operations across all outlets.
  • Ensuring consistency in product quality, SOP adherence, and customer experience
  • Leading and mentoring the culinary team with strong leadership skills
  • Driving innovation in menu planning, presentation, and seasonal offerings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
