About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Gourmet Chef to lead our kitchen operations specializing in sandwiches, protein bowls, and quick bites with the theme - GLOBAL FLAVOURS, INDIAN SOUL. The ideal candidate should bring culinary flair, attention to detail, and a strong sense of kitchen organization to deliver high-quality, consistently crafted dishes that reflect our brand's gourmet positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Knowledgeable in Vibrant Indian flavours and global food trends.

* ⁠Curate recipes for FOOD menu ideated.

* Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the brand's quality and aesthetic standards.

* Manage inventory, raw material ordering, and kitchen cost control.

* Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen as per FSSAI guidelines.

* Train and manage kitchen staff on recipes, plating, portioning, and hygiene protocols.

* Innovate and introduce new menu items seasonally to enhance the offering.

* Coordinate with the front-of-house team to manage order timings and customer preferences.

* Ensure food consistency across grab and go, takeaway, and delivery formats.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in sandwiches, buns, protein bowls, salads, wraps, desserts and quick bites.

* Knowledge of gourmet plating, flavor balancing, and modern food trends with Indian flavour.

* Strong kitchen management, team leadership, and inventory control skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume café/QSR environment.

* FSSAI food safety and hygiene knowledge.
