Location: Tea Day Café

Experience Required: 1–3 years (or more) in café or beverage/quick-service industry

Job Summary:

Tea Day Café is looking for a passionate and skilled Café Chef who specializes in preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, milkshakes, sandwiches, and fresh juices. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and efficiency to our kitchen and beverage counter, ensuring top-quality taste and presentation for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages including tea, coffee, milkshakes, and fresh juices.
  • Make sandwiches and light snacks following café standards and recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service area as per FSSAI standards.
  • Monitor stock levels for ingredients and assist in inventory management.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all items.
  • Manage food preparation times during peak hours efficiently.
  • Experiment and suggest new menu items or flavor variations to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth operations and quick service.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
