Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef / Sous Chef who is passionate about healthy, modern cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of wellness-focused food, be skilled in balancing nutrition with taste, and have experience in premium or health-conscious dining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Develop and innovate a menu featuring nutritious and flavorful dishes.
  • Manage ingredient sourcing with an emphasis on freshness and sustainability.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with management on menu engineering and cost control.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in a premium caf, health food restaurant, or fine dining kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills with exposure to global wellness cuisines.
  • Knowledge of nutrition, portion control, and clean cooking techniques.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred.
