Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative
Head Chef (Pan Asian Cuisine)
to lead and manage culinary operations across multiple restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent food quality, menu innovation, kitchen efficiency, and team performance aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee
    kitchen operations for multiple outlets
    , ensuring standardization of recipes, taste, and presentation.
  • Develop, plan, and execute
    authentic Pan Asian menus
    (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, etc.) in line with brand concept.
  • Maintain
    food cost targets
    , inventory control, and wastage management.
  • Ensure
    HACCP, hygiene, and food safety
    standards are strictly followed.
  • Conduct
    training and skill development
    programs for kitchen teams across outlets.
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams for
    menu engineering and vendor management
    .
  • Implement
    quality assurance processes
    and conduct regular audits.
  • Drive
    new product development
    and participate in brand expansion or new outlet openings.
  • Supervise
    Sous Chefs and CDPs
    , ensuring smooth kitchen coordination and productivity.
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve food experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    8–12 years
    of culinary experience with at least
    3 years in a Head Chef role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Pan Asian cuisines
    and modern plating styles.
  • Proven ability to
    manage multiple outlets
    and large kitchen teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Culinary degree/diploma from a recognized institute preferred.
  • Exposure to
    brand standardization, menu development
    , and
    pre-opening
    experience is an added advantage.
