We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus that meet customer requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
