Role Description

This is an on-site role in Bengaluru to join our kitchen team as a Senior Chef - we are looking for those at CDP/Sous Chef levels. The roles will contribute to the smooth running of the daily kitchen operations, develop creative and nutritious plant-based recipes, and supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food safety and hygiene, managing kitchen staff, sourcing fresh and sustainable ingredients, and contributing to curated events such as catering and collaborative experiences. Senior Chefs play a pivotal role in maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in plant-based cooking, recipe development, and creative menu planning
  • Experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining food safety standards
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable ingredient sourcing and inventory management
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in hosting or contributing to unique dining experiences or events is a plus
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in the food industry
