Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine specializing in Western cuisine, located in Bengaluru. The Chef De Cuisine will oversee daily kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of culinary standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and working closely with the management team to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Western cuisine, menu planning, and food preparation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively
  • Experience in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is advantageous
