We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join our team in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
- Develop and maintain high-quality recipes and presentations for various dishes.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
