About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie (European / Pizza) to join our culinary team at Red Rhino. The ideal candidate should have a flair for European cuisine and hands-on expertise in pizza preparation and baking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in daily operations for the European and Pizza section.
  • Prepare and cook pizzas, sauces, and European dishes as per Red Rhino standards.
  • Ensure dishes are consistently high in quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and food safety practices at all times.
  • Support the team during busy service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage mise-en-place and assist in maintaining inventory and stock rotation.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements and specials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (European / Pizza section).
  • Strong knowledge of pizza dough, toppings, baking, and European-style cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred.
