Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Demi Chef De Partie. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensure the kitchen operations run smoothly, and maintain high culinary standards. Responsibilities include supporting the team in executing menu dishes, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, collaborating with the culinary team, and ensuring ingredients are properly stored and used. Strong team collaboration and attention to detail will be essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment
- Organizational and time management skills to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a professional or fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
- Formal culinary education or certification is an added advantage
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a drive to grow within the culinary world
