Roles and Responsibility

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the culinary arts.
