Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Inside Sales Manager with 7-12 years of experience in technical offshoring or IT services sales. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving strategic growth through targeted prospecting, relationship development, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of cold outreach, relationship-based selling, and deep familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enterprise CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for offshore/technical services engagements.
- Leverage data platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, internal CRM) to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects.
- Conduct strategic cold outreach, nurture leads, and build strong executive-level relationships with decision-makers.
- Customize value propositions and sales pitches for client-specific needs in IT, product development, engineering, and support services.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure successful hand-offs.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to leadership while continuously refining outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of inside sales or business development experience in technical offshoring, IT services, or outsourcing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing deals with mid-size to enterprise clients.
- Proficient in using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to drive high-volume, targeted prospecting.
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical value propositions in a compelling, client-centric way.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; persuasive, polished, and professional.
- Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience selling offshore delivery models across regions (e.g., India, LATAM, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia).
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, data engineering, or software development service offerings.
