About the Role
We are hiring an Inside Sales Team Lead/Manager to oversee our Inside Sales operations for US and India markets. Based out of Delhi NCR, this role offers limited remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, sales conversion, account management, and ensure customer success across assigned geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
Build, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives.
Drive sales quotas by supporting the team in meeting their targets through direct enrolments and appointment conversions.
Hire, train, and develop new team members while managing overall performance and attrition.
Sales & Pipeline Management
Ensure timely lead follow-up, outbound calling, and email campaigns to generate new opportunities.
Oversee appointment generation and manage the sales funnel effectively.
Take ownership of escalated calls and act as a second voice in high-value conversations.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and manage sales campaigns with clear timelines and KPIs.
Leverage data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align campaigns with organizational goals.
Process & Reporting
Set up clear sales processes, KRAs, and performance tracking systems.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health, team output, and conversion rates.
Act as a counterpart to the Inside Sales Head and contribute to overall strategy execution.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in US Inside Sales / International Sales.
Minimum 1 year managing a team of 5–10 experienced sales reps.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent, no MTI).
Deep understanding of SaaS, Cloud, Education/Training, or BPO sales environments.
