About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to lead our US Inside Sales operations. You will manage a remote sales team, ensure targets are achieved, evaluate calls for quality and compliance, and engage with senior stakeholders across the US market. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a global leadership role in the EdTech and enterprise training industry.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Agents working US hours.
  • Drive team targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and conversions.
  • Evaluate calls regularly to ensure quality, professionalism, and compliance standards are met.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance and objection handling.
  • Handle escalated calls and join as a second voice in high-value client conversations.
  • Plan and run sales campaigns focused on the US market with clear KPIs and timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, L&D Heads, and Procurement Managers in Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of training verticals: AWS, Azure, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Business Skills.
  • Ensure CRM (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is updated and reports are accurate.
  • Monitor compliance with client guidelines, company policies, and sales ethics.
  • Conduct data-driven reviews to measure productivity and optimize sales processes.
  • Be available to travel occasionally (in India) for events, team meet-ups, or client networking if required.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience (IT training, SaaS, or EdTech preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team (5–10 reps).
  • Strong English communication with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
  • Must have a personal system, headset, and stable internet connection for remote work.
