Relationship Manager Inside Sales (Demo Doer)
Location:
New Delhi, Okhla Phase 1 (On-site)
Work Mode & Schedule:
- 5.5 days working (two Saturdays working, two Saturdays off per month)
- Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Experience Required:
2–4years in Inside Sales / B2B Sales (SaaS sales experience preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales – Relationship Manager (Demo Doer) who can drive revenue growth by delivering impactful product demos and converting leads into sales. The role involves engaging with potential clients, building relationships, generating demos from multiple channels, and ensuring consistent follow-ups until closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos to prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Drive revenue through referrals and repeat engagement.
- Generate demos via cold calling, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, organic traffic, and campaign leads.
- Manage demo scheduling, rescheduling, and client interactions efficiently.
- Create client interest and engagement during and after demos.
- Execute effective follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Key Activities:
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Clearly communicate SaaS product benefits aligned to client requirements.
- Deliver structured and inspiring product presentations.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure pipeline growth and sales targets are consistently achieved.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / SaaS sales / B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in lead generation via cold calling and digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and sales automation platforms is a plus.
