Job Summary

The Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of commercial properties,

including retail shops, office spaces, showrooms, and other large-format commercial units.

The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for commercial spaces.
  • Actively source new clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, advertising, and property exhibitions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and final documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property investors, corporate clients, and business owners.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market data to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, events, and property launches.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and documentation processes are correctly followed for every transaction.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients for smooth transition and occupancy of purchased properties.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in commercial property.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and client relationship management skills.

  • Sales volume and revenue achieved.
  • Number of new clients acquired and repeat business generated.
  • Deal closure rate.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
