- Implement sales strategy effectively and able to manage customer expectations from a long-term perspective.

- Good understanding of technical aspects of products while selling.
- Owns the customer interface with assigned customer portfolios and new customers within the value chain.
- Achieve/exceed sales objectives of volume, revenue & profit through value-added selling.
- Develop and maintain a strategy for key accounts, through a deep understanding of the customer value chain and their long-term development plan and competence.
- Successfully negotiate, implement, and secure current and new business opportunities.
- Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues and meet/exceed the annual operating plan targets.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships at various management levels and throughout new and existing customer organizations.
- Understand and analyse the competitor activity in the region. Keep informing the management on the same
Diploma In Mechanical Engineering or ITI with 10 years expereince pr Bachelor of Engineering or MBA preferred; proficient in English; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, Handle customer key accounts, manage C2C cycle, achieve receivables targets, and develop new business
