Role & responsibilities
- The Loyalty & Referral Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with existing customers to build long-term relationships, generate referrals and walk-in.
- To engage existing customers and drive business.
- Generate referrals from current customers by utilising the existing database.
- To achieve sales targets by converting opportunities through cold calling.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Make outbound calls to existing and past customers to build rapport and encourage referrals or repeat purchases.
- Promote referral programs and explain incentives to customers effectively.
- Schedule and confirm walk-in visits or site visits for referred clients or returning customers.
- Track and follow up on referrals, ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, referral leads, and follow-up schedules.
- Work closely with the sales and CRM team to coordinate customer visits, feedback, and deal closures.
