Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales and Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, understanding client needs, and promoting our products or services to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle client objections, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts with professionalism.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate value.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align on campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or within [industry-specific] environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license (if travel is required) Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in [specific industry or sector, e.g., logistics, tech, FMCG, real estate]
• Multilingual skills (if applicable to the region or clientele)
• Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling techniques
