Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer loyalty, sales, or marketing, with a demonstrated understanding of customer engagement strategies.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content.
