Role Overview:

We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer who can build and optimize our customer funnel across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. The ideal candidate understands the travel domain — customer journeys, booking funnels, and loyalty dynamics — and can turn insights into measurable growth strategies.

And the candidate will be self starter, taking ownership of the function with clear deliverables on Brand visibility, Transaction Growth, Member growth

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Analyze and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion at every stage — from awareness to loyalty.

Run and evaluate A/B tests, landing pages, and campaigns to maximize conversion rates.

Work closely with Product, Sourcing, Tech and Design teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and funnel performance.

Identify high-impact growth channels — performance marketing, referral programs, email, SEO/ASO, partnerships, etc.

Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) to extract insights and drive actionable outcomes.

Develop and tell customer stories that highlight user experiences and create engagement loops.

Own experiment pipelines and share learnings through structured reports.

Collaborate with the loyalty and CRM team to enhance repeat purchase rate and lifetime value (LTV).

Key Skills & Requirements:

3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within travel domains.

Proven expertise in funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement.

Strong grasp of data analytics, cohort analysis, and experimentation.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.).

Experience with marketing automation platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, HubSpot, etc.).

Solid understanding of travel booking behavior, customer segmentation, and retention levers.

Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Good to Have:

Experience working in a B2C travel or loyalty-tech startup.

Exposure to UX optimization and growth loops.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing in the travel ecosystem.
