Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional female candidate to join our team as a B2B Sales
& Client Support Executive. The selected candidate will play a key role in generating new
business inquiries, coordinating with the operations team for quotations, and following up to
ensure successful conversions. This role may also involve occasional client visits for
meetings or presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients to promote travel packages and generate inquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to collect necessary information and prepare customized travel quotations.
- Share quotations with clients in a timely manner and follow up to address any queries or concerns.
- Work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent service and maintaining regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up status.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with B2B clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- If required, visit clients for meetings, presentations, or discussions related to travel services.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Travel, Hospitality, or Sales will be added advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, client coordination, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and presentable with a client-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when needed.
