Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Director to spearhead our new client acquisition efforts. This is a critical role where you will own the entire sales cyclefrom initial outreach to closing deals—while engaging with senior marketing and growth leaders at B2B organizations globally. If you're passionate about consultative selling and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

l Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

l Identify and engage with key decision-makers within SaaS, IT, and other B2B sectors

l Design and execute multi-channel outbound sales strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)

l Qualify prospects and deliver tailored pitches for our demand generation services

l Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets

l Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends

Requirements

l 4–8+ years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably within a lead generation or digital agency environment)

l Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level clients

l Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing abilities

l Strong knowledge of outbound marketing, ABM, and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)

l Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable to a high-performance sales culture
