Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day accounting Manage daily financial transactions, including entries in accounting software.

2. Bank reconciliation – Verify and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.

3. Accounts payable and receivable – Handle Sales data maintenance, invoicing, payment collection ,vendor payments, invoices, and customer billing.

4. Preparation of financial statements – Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

5. GST, TDS, and tax compliance – Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to tax regulations.

6. Expense monitoring and budgeting – Track company expenses and assist in budget preparation.

7. Payroll processing – Maintain salary records and ensure timely payroll disbursement.

8. Coordination with auditors – Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

9. Maintenance of ledgers and records – Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data.

10. Support management decisions – Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making.
