Role & responsibilities

1. Corporate Financial Reporting on Monthly/Quarterly basis

a. Preparation of Budget and Long Range Plan

b. Month end close and reporting, RF reporting (quarterly performance review Budget vs. Actual)

c. Capex projects analysis & review

d. Management Reporting on need basis

e. Cash Flow monitoring

f. Group Internal Audit requirements

2. Statutory and Tax Compliances

a. Preparation of Annual Financial Accounts

b. Co-ordinate with Auditors to complete the statutory audit and tax audit and

filling of income tax return

c. Preparation of data required to conduct Transfer Pricing study and co-ordinate

with CA firm to complete Transfer Pricing Study Report

d. Preparation of data required for GST Audit and co-ordinate with consultant to

complete GST audit/annual filling

e. Secretarial compliance as per companies Act and co-ordinate with consultant

for ROC filling activities.

f. Handling assessment / queries from tax authorities

3. Monitoring Finance & Accounts department activities:

a. Ensuring accounting & arithmetical accuracy of transactions entered in SAP.

b. Posting monthly closing entries to SAP as per timeline.

c. Receivables monitoring & follow up

d. Bank Reconciliation review

e. Inventory monitoring & accounting.

f. Monitoring supplier payments

g. Tax and Statutory payments on monthly basis

h. Assist and monitor finance team for filling GST, TDS/TCS returns on monthly

basis

i. GST rebate claim submission and follow up

j. Submission of Proof of exports and imports for release EBRC and RBI

compliance

k. Monitoring team activities for day-to-day compliances

4. Cash & exchange rate risk management

a. Managing daily cash flow & corresponding with bank to ensure smoothness in

banking transaction.

b. Investment of surplus fund as per group guidelines

c. Hedging of foreign currency receivables as per group policies and documentation.

d. Processing A1 & A2 payments

5. Corresponding with various business counter parts according to requirement.
