What will you be part of?

As a Finance & Accounts Manager, you won't just be managing accounts—you'll be playing a key role in driving the company's financial health and supporting its growth. You'll be part of the internal team, reporting directly to the company's founder, and working closely with the leadership to provide accurate accounting, timely reporting, and strategic financial insights that help steer the business forward.

You'll handle end-to-end accounting functions such as books of accounts, GST and TDS filings, monthly closures, and preparation of management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step. You'll also support audits, statutory filings, and bank-related operations, contributing to smooth and efficient financial management. Along the way, you'll mentor and lead the finance team, set performance goals, and build a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged.

This role is more than accounting—it's about ownership, leadership, and being a trusted partner in the company's long-term success.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager who takes ownership of financial operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should bring fluent written and verbal communication in English, along with the ability to confidently manage day-to-day accounting using tools like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks. A good working knowledge of GST and TDS monthly and annual compliances is essential, and exposure to Zoho will be an added advantage.

You'll be part of the internal team, reporting directly to the company's founder, and will handle tasks such as bank operations, including OD renewal and forex transactions, AP payments, statutory and tax audits, MCA compliance support, MIS preparation, and coordination with customers and vendors. Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office is a must, and you should be sincere, confident, and eager to learn. Flexibility is key—you should be ready for occasional late hours when required.

Most importantly, we're seeking someone who can bring accuracy, reliability, and a proactive mindset to support the company's financial management while driving process efficiency and ensuring smooth operations.

What's the schedule like?

This is a full-time, permanent role based out of Pune. Your day will typically run from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off—giving you a balanced rhythm of productivity and personal time.
