The Role

We're looking for a
Finance/Accounting Executive
who can bring structure to our creative chaos. You'll handle day-to-day accounting, invoice tracking, vendor payments, and ensure our finances run as smoothly as our campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who's meticulous, process-driven, and can bring both accuracy and accountability to the table, while understanding the fast-paced nature of agency life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, expense entries, and accounting data management
  • Prepare and issue client invoices; track receivables and follow up on payments
  • Manage vendor invoices, payment cycles, and maintain timely payouts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting, cost estimates, and PO tracking
  • Assist in monthly reconciliation, GST filings, TDS, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain organized records of bills, tax documents, contracts, and approvals
  • Work closely with external CA/finance consultants for audit and statutory compliance
  • Generate monthly MIS reports and assist in financial forecasting as needed

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (agency/startup experience is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho, or other accounting software
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing formats, and statutory filing procedures
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial tracking and reporting
  • High level of accuracy, ownership, and time management
  • Ability to work independently and manage financial timelines with minimal supervision
  • Professional integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
