Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Finance Executive. The Finance Executive will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of finance operations and will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications & KRA.

  • Format and prepare the Daily Revenue Report for management review
  • Generate and dispatch invoices to customers accurately and promptly
  • Assist in preparing a weekly/monthly Ageing Analysis report for management review & follow up with Account managers for collections
  • To manage petty cash & disburse cash only against a properly authorized petty cash voucher Petty cash: Prepare and submit timely replenishment requests with all supporting documentation
  • Purchase card management : Utilize the purchase card only for pre-approved company expenditures Reconcile the card statement against receipts and approvals
  • Working with accounts team for resolving queries for vendors with respect to GST, TDS etc.
  • M.Com./CA-IPCC/MBA Finance with relevant experience of 2-3 years
  • Proficiency in Zoho, MS office i.e excel , PPT
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards, revenue recognition principles.
