Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Regular reporting on market trends and performance metrics is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, particularly lending solutions and NBFC operations
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to develop and execute targeted business strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site role in Pune
