About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations that support our growth objectives in the financial and enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience in forming alliances with key financial institutions, large enterprises, and ecosystem partners to build scalable and sustainable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Identify, evaluate, and establish collaborations with leading institutions and ecosystem partners to enhance product reach and market presence.

Drive discussions, negotiations, and partnership frameworks with senior stakeholders.

Manage the full lifecycle of partnership development — from lead identification to MoU/Agreement execution.

2. Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers across partner organizations.

Ensure mutual growth through ongoing engagement, performance review, and optimization of joint initiatives.

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and partner institutions.

3. Business Growth & Expansion

Develop and execute business development strategies to open new revenue streams and joint venture opportunities.

Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operational execution of partnership models.

Monitor performance metrics, identify new business avenues, and propose strategic improvements.

4. Market & Industry Intelligence

Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the broader financial and enterprise collaboration space.

Provide actionable insights and feedback to internal teams for business planning and product positioning.
