Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will identify potential business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting and delivering compelling client proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and negotiating contracts to close deals effectively. The Business Development Manager will also play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Exp- 7-10 yrs
Must Have- SaaS sales, IT sales, B2B sales
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales growth
- Demonstrated success in Customer Relationship Management, Networking, and Partnership Building
- Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong Communication Skills, Negotiation Abilities, and Persuasion Expertise
- Team collaboration and leadership experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in technology-related industries or product development organizations is a plus
- Proficiency in business tools like CRMs and presentation software is highly advantageous
- MBA fulltime is must
