Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Events at our Pune location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks will include organizing and overseeing events, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure event success while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relations, and revenue generation
- Strong skills in organizing and overseeing events, including logistics and vendor management
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and market research
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus
