Salary Range: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and expand our presence in the Pune market. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Pune region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and present business proposals, pitch decks, and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to drive seamless execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communication.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
