Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, creating and executing business development plans, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves market research, analyzing trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting sales targets to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales strategy creation
  • Market Research, Data Analysis, and an understanding of market trends
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills, with excellent oral and written abilities
  • Proven skills in Planning, Strategic Thinking, and Goal-Oriented Execution
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry best practices
