  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, monthly invoices, and account reconciliations.
  • Handle entries in Tally ERP and other financial software.
  • Prepare purchase orders and vendor payments.
  • Manage accounts and ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor company expenses, spending, and cash flow to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure timely clearance of bills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements and admin support.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Assist in internal audits and statutory audits.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.

Finance executives should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP & Advanced Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup, Data Analysis).
  • Financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and email handling skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
