BAIF Development Research Foundation is looking for an experienced and proactive
Chief Finance Executive
to strengthen our Central Finance function. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and a passion for contributing to an organisation creating large-scale social impact across rural India.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management and board reviews.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide insightful variance analysis.
  • Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities for informed decision-making.

ERP Management (Finance)

  • Oversee ERP implementation, configuration, upgrades, and continuous support.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data across ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Train ERP users and reinforce compliance with internal controls.
  • Facilitate ERP integrations, enhancements, and finance process digitization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Commerce background with
    minimum 5 years of relevant experience
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Power BI, Tableau
    , and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Experience in ERP systems and finance process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex financial systems.
