Role Description

This is a full time role, work from office at Kalyani Nagar, Pune for a Finance Executive at Qualitas Global.

Non-negotiable

  • Should be currently based in Pune & able to meet for a face to face interview in the next couple of days.
  • Should be able to join quickly.
  • Should have minimum of 4 years of experience out of which atleast 3 years should be for working in a CA firm.
  • Since there would be extensive interaction with our Western customers, kindly do not apply if you do not have professional email writing skills & working knowledge of the English language.
  • Salary is capped between INR 420,000/- to INR 540,000/- CTC depending on experience. If your expectations is higher, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

The Finance Executive will be responsible amongst other things for -

  • End to end Accounting from basic up to finalization.
  • Compliance payments (Advance Tax / TDs / GST / PT / Income Tax) & filling returns within due dates.
  • Handling Statutory Audits every six months.
  • Handle Bank Reconciliations /
  • Vendor Management / Customer reconciliations.
  • GST Refund related work along with the consultant.
  • Softex filing.
  • Forgein Remittances, Al / A2 payments & bank followups / co-ordination.
  • Managing financial statements
  • Conducting financial reporting, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
