About the Role:

PGP Finance is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Wealth Management & Insurance Advisory team. This role involves client servicing, telecalling, and portfolio management across insurance and mutual fund products.

For fresher trainning will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable investment or insurance products (Life, Health, SIPs, Mutual Funds, etc.).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls related to investments, renewals, and service support.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead management, premium renewals, and service requests.
  • Follow up systematically with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate customers about financial planning and available investment opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial or insurance products preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, customer-centric, and result-oriented attitude.

Preferred Background:

  • Non Graduate / Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in BFSI, Insurance, or Wealth Management domains (for experienced roles).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in financial services are encouraged to apply.
