Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused
Real Estate Client Advisor
to join our Resale team. You'll guide homeowners and buyers through their property journey — from discovery to closure — and play a key role in growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Show and recommend resale properties to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Handle the full sales cycle — from property visits and negotiations to closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3–8 years of experience in residential real estate.
  • MBA with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Pune property market.
  • Existing broker/channel network is a plus.
