Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert qualified leads into successful site visits and closures.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Coordinate with developers for inventory, offers, and site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM on a real-time basis.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Pune's real estate market
    (East, West, or North zones).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling clients and negotiation.
  • Professional presentation and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication and learning mindset can also apply for trainee roles.
