𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are looking for smart, energetic, and target-driven Resale & Rental Specialists responsible for field visits, client meetings, inventory coordination, property showings, and deal closures.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶, 𝗞𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘃 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿, 𝗩𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿, 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗵𝘄𝗮 & 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀


• Conduct daily site visits & property showings for resale and rental listings.


• Manage client requirements, build strong relationships & understand property needs.


• Coordinate with property owners, tenants & developers for inventory updates.


• Convert leads into successful closures and achieve monthly revenue targets.


• Handle documentation, agreements, token processes & property handovers.


• Maintain CRM records, reports & client communication logs.


• Create & manage video walkthroughs, listing photos & marketing content.


• Represent Realtyroof professionally in the Pune premium real estate market.


• Use your personal branding & social media presence for listing promotion, client relationship building & business development.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀


• 6 months – 2 years experience in Real Estate / Leasing / Resale / Field Sales (Mandatory)


• Strong communication skills in English + Hindi/Marathi


• Excellent negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skills


• Target-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined with follow-ups


• Must have two-wheeler + smartphone + laptop (Travel allowance provided)


• Good knowledge of Kharadi & surrounding micro-markets preferred


• Comfortable with field work & daily site visits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives


• Monthly earning potential: ₹40,000 – ₹75000+ with commissions
