Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Pune. The responsibilities include assisting clients with property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding them in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. The role involves promoting properties, generating sales, and understanding clients' needs to recommend suitable options. The Real Estate Salesperson will also stay updated on market trends and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Real Estate, and Real Property knowledge
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- A valid Real Estate License
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is advantageous
- Understanding of real estate regulations and compliance is a plus
