Job Overview:
We are looking for a Presales Manager with strong real estate management experience to lead and drive the presales process for our property projects. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing presales activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement presales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, address queries, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Presentations & Proposals: Lead property presentations, create tailored proposals pitch as per requirement.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Reporting: Maintain presales documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Team Handling : distribution of leads, target setting for teams.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in presales Manager role in real estate (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)only real estate experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Familiar with CRM tools and real estate software.
- Education: Bachelors degree in real estate, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Attributes: Client-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player with leadership potential.
