Key Responsibilities
Define and execute presales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing presales team.
Govern RFP/RFI/RFQ processes—qualification, solutioning, pricing, and proposals.
Drive solution workshops, executive presentations, and customer engagements.
Translate client challenges into differentiated digital solutions.
Oversee solution design, estimation, pricing to ensure competitiveness & profitability.
Collaborate with delivery, alliances, and practice teams to ensure solution integrity.
Build reusable solution assets, case studies, and GTM collaterals.
Partner with hyperscalers and technology partners for joint GTM initiatives.
Track presales KPIs (win rates, deal size, pipeline health) and report to leadership.
Foster innovation through AI, GenAI, and automation in presales processes.
Establish best practices, frameworks, and accelerators for presales processes to improve win ratios and response efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies
Proven expertise in presales, digital transformation, IT & managed services.
Strong track record of leading and winning large ($10M+) complex deals.
Excellent CxO-level engagement, influencing, and storytelling skills.
In-depth knowledge of solution architecture, IT services pricing, & commercial models.
Strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Global delivery model experience with superior communication skills.
Experience working with global delivery models (onsite-offshore).
Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred).
15+ years in IT services with 8+ years in presales leadership.
Demonstrated success in leading presales teams and strategic pursuits.
Exposure to hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data & AI ecosystems.
Multi-industry experience (BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare) preferred.
